"I have recently seen Dr Xu over the Tele-health setup. Because she has moved to another clinics from the one in Westchester I had to see her over the video meeting. "Two years I was found to have cataract problem during eye test and sent to see Dr. Xu. Dr. Xu checked my eyes carefully and told me the cataract was started only and explained the cataract reasons. After that she kept to track my eyes by every half year and told me what I should do or not do. I like her work!"

When I first visited the clinic, I was nervous and anxious and Dr. Xu started mini conversations with me about my daily activities while examining me to make me feel more at ease. Not only so, she took the time to explain the various tests I performed along with the findings to both me and my parents. She explained to me first in English and followed by mandarin so my parents could understand as well. "I made an appointment with Dr. Xu because she was highly recommend by ophthalmologists in the area for her patient care and surgical skills. Her office staff were excellent and extremely courteous. "Dr. Xu provided medical expertise for my mom's tear duct block. She examined my mom's medical history and her current medication intake. Dr. Xu cared for her patients with her call back service. She was diligent with her research and careful analysis before providing medical feedback. My mom went to see three specialist before going to Dr. Xu. She was finally able to cure my mom's tear duct blockage without re-occurrence because she was able to find the root of the problem and not just prescribing for the symptoms as the other doctors did. My mom's tear duct blockage happened multiple times and she finally was able to cure it with help from Dr. Xu. The other doctors also recommended that my mom do surgery to clear the blockage. However, Dr.Xu was able to clear it without invasive surgery."
